When it comes to purchasing the right kind of weave, there are can be so many choices; it is difficult to decide the type of hair you would like. Even if you decide you want a natural wave bundle, which is one of the most common types of weaves, it is still difficult to decide if you want Brazilian, Indian, Peruvian or Malaysian. But the type really doesn't matter once you've settled on the texture. If you can choose the natural wave, here's everything you need to know about this texture of hair.

How to care natural wave wig?

To ensure that our natural wave will continue to serve you for a long time, it is important to care for the weave. The following are just some of the tips you can employ;

1. Washing the natural wave wig

You should wash your natural wave hair at least once a week. It is also a good idea to detangle the hair before washing the hair to prevent breakage which can be very easy when the hair is wet. Use a good moisturizing shampoo and use your fingers to lather the hair from the ends to the roots. We also recommend using a conditioner while the hair is still wet to prevent tangles and breakage.

Once you're done allow the wig to dry naturally if you can. While you should avoid using heat, when necessary you can blow-dry the wig using only moderate heat.

2. Caring for the wig while sleeping

Take care to cover your hair with a silk scarf before going to bed. Avoid using cotton caps since they will often absorb the natural moisture and oils on the weave, leaving it dry and prone to tangling and breakage.

The following are just some of the other things to keep in mind when caring for our natural wave weave;

1. Avoid spraying the wig with hair gel and other types of hair lacquers. These can cause the wig to be sticky, making it very difficult to manage.

2. The wig is 100% human and can be dyed or bleached. But if you choose to bleach or dye the wig, use generous amounts of conditioner after to prevent damaging the wig.

3. When the wig is too tangled, spray on a mixture of water and conditioner to help you detangle the hair. Spray the mixture from roots to ends and the detangling process will be much easier.

4. If you must use heat to style the wig, don’t exceed a temperature of 150 degrees Celsius.

Natural wave wigs are easy to install and remove and the fact that they look and feel more natural than other textures is one of the reasons why this texture is more popular than other types of wigs.
