It came in a nice little box with some free washes which was nice very professional! I co washed the hair using organix argan shampoo & conditioner... it came back soft & beautiful, I sealed my whefts with fray check from Walmart , I haven't experienced much shedding at all, sometime it seems like my ends r breaking off when I brush... It looks like the hair has dead ends!
